Record Store FAQ

Special order requests? Yes, we can order in specific LP's for people. This service is FREE for members and deposits are required for non-members.

Are your events all-ages? Yes, they are. Any event at our location can be attended by anyone.

Wholesale requests? We do not currently distribute our zBTFD Records anywhere other than our location or directly through the bands.

Will you carry my record label or my bands vinyl? Yes, please connect with us via email - zzzbtfd@gmail.com and we will see what we can do.

How can my band play at your space? We curate all in-stores directly. We book limited shows and do not base those decisions on being emailed.

Web order FAQs

How long do mail outs take, upon receiving an order they will be mailed out within 5-10 days and shipped via Canada Post.

What does a Pre-Order mean, pre-orders mean we take they orders and then manufacture or press based on item popularity. Most pre-orders ship within one month, but LP pre-orders can take roughly 1-3 months.
